Unless teams have GK kits installed already, you cannot. You can OVERWRITE kits but not create them.

That is until the updated CC is out in March, althougth if I may be wrong on that front,

Also the 3rd and uefa cup kits of some teams like Real Madrid!I try to import a kit and it says that the kit doesn't exist!

I know its not good. If you have unlocked all the kits in the game, you can see which ones you can install third kits on. e.g Borrusia Dortmund.
