Could anyone please give me any clue on how to win in this fu***** game.
Don't get me wrong. I've always been a WE fan and I've always said that it was a zillion times better than fifa. But then comes PES5 and I'm starting to think maybe konami got it all wrong this time.
I've been playing for hours and hours on the three star level with barca and I still can't figure out how to win. I've been getting lots and lots of 0-0 draws and it always seems as if the PC wants to come out with that result. Defenders are every where on the pitch. I've tried to use the flanks, cut inside from the middle, long shots, you name it I've tried it and nothing works.
It always feels as if my players are newbies who can't even recieve the ball well and keep it in there feet. Ronaldinho can't pull off a simple dribble against supposedly second rate defenders of lowly teams like Cadiz and Mallorca. The PC keeper keeps blocking all my shots like spiderman. I just can't take it any more.
The final nail in the coffin was a game against Real Madrid. Surprisingly I got off to an excellent start as they were leaving huge spaces at the back and I scored twice in the first half and created other chances and the game was going really well till all of a sudden on the 70th min the real players turned into real devils going through my defenders as if they weren't there and suddenly my keeper turned into a sand bag leaving them to score 3 times to win the game. I almost crashed the monitor. It was so lame, it was as if the game was scripted and it just says that I can't win this game.
Anyway, please don't take me as another whiner or loser. I really want to win and play well but I need some instructions from the experts. I need to know what am I doing wrong.
