Help with tournament mode

Hi! I`m a newbie editing the game and i recently finished updating the national teams from qatar 2022 and tried to create the tournament to play it at tournament mode but i couldn`t make it, can anybody help me on what i should do to make international tournaments appears as a nation at tournament mode?
