Help with putting real faces to players

-When I create a player, he has this type of face. Does anyone know how to put a real face from the players, when I say real face I don't mean to change his appearance in the game, but to change his picture when I go to team management for example. From this --->

But I mean when I create a player, not the players that already exist and only don't have a real face.

Yeah, but I created my player in game not by your method, so I asked if someone knows how to change to a real face, because I know that it is possible, but I don't know how.
