Help with PES5 Faces

Hi everyone , i just recently got PES5 so i am now only starting to edit. I used to edit heaps of faces for PES4 last year and found it really easy by using AFS Explorer to import BIN files. When i got PES5 i immediatly found some awesome faces that i wanted to add, so went to use the same AFS explorer that i used for PES4, but found it really different when i opened the 0 Text file. So my question is , what program should i use to import new faces for PES5? and which text file do i edit. Help would be much appreciated.
