Help with my editable boots in bootpack

I have created my bootpack which consists of:

• Adidas Predator Pulse - editable (Trobt)
• Adidas F50 - editable (Trobt)
• Puma King black/white (Pika)
• Diadora Attiva (Pika)
• Total 90 III Grey/white (Pika)
• Total 90 III Red/white (Pika)
• Adidas World Cup (Pika)
• Umbro Xai (Pika)
• Lotto Vento (Pika)

All my fixed boots look superb (as they should by the great creator Pika) but my two editable boots have funny patches on them where the colour doesn't seem to mix properly. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone please help. As soon as I sort this out my bootpack will avaialble for downloading.

Any help much appreciated.

just re-extract the 1st bmp, the messed up one, in greyscale, add the editables again and reimport. Don't change any palettes

That's right mate. I could easily do 9 non-editable but that is a bit restrictive as the predator pulse, f50 and total 90 III have so many colours. Just working out how to do the 2 editable.
