Help with making faces for Fifa 2003

Could anyone be really kind to me and give me some help and advice as to how I can make faces work for FIFA 2003. Ive got pictures of me and some of my mates and I want to add us into the game but it doesnt look very good and I cannot edit hairstyles properley they come out wrong. I cant make the Black And White version of the hair styles. I would be very grateful if someone could advise me on what software to use and techniques etc...

well i cant really help u on what to do, but programs u could use are paintshop pro by jasc i think. thats the cheaper program, but it still allows u to create what ur lookin for. the more expensive is the photoshop by adobe, great program, but as i said costs a hell of a lot more...i think they have trial versions on their websites...

Well the best proggy would be Photoshop..juz b'coz it has got everythin to do a great face.U just have to get used to it.
