help with hair

When importing hair models and faces and stuff, when i go in game the hair is always grey ? how do i fix this ?

some1 pls tell what do i do with the file "hair_183711_0_textures". I have used CM11 but CM12 has two additional things. that hairlod and hair_texture.
Can some1 pls explain where to put hairlod and hair_texture..
like Head.rx3 to Heads button in CM12.

hairlod you use when you make the hair model it will ask you automatic.
hair texture is for the hair tex and it beside the face texure.
looks like thats all

use hair tex from specific player not generic player
