Help with freekicks

can you help me with the freekicks?
How did you get a goal with a freekick?

ok now about One touch Free kicks.

From 17-20m you may do this :
17,18 mmm if ur player has high power shot 19m you may press down button and if u wish R2 too and put a little curl and get the ball over the wall. Or try a powerful shoot to the keeper u may score but i reccomend first way. The shot power should not go further than the middle , just a little lower than it.
20-24 : you can just do a curled shot with R2.
24-28 : A simple shot in which depends on ur likings you can use up button though i wouldn't reccomend it or get the **** power bit over the bar and press R2 with curling always.
28-32 : YOu must make a powerful shot with R1 and up pressed. Curling is not needed but if you got high shot power and high curling stats you may use it.
32-40 : If you are lucky you will have to do what you did above but i doubt u will make it. PES4 fouls are not like PES3.
