Help (!!!) with Faces

Hi,

I made a face in photoshop, saved it as BMP,
imported it to the fsh,
and I inserted the 3 Face's files (the face's texture's file, the hair file and the O file) with a Bat file (impbig) into zdata_04.big,
but when i went into the FIFA to see the face it appears with Red-Green colours.....I attached an image of the face in the game...


This is what I wrote in the BAT file:

impbig /i zdata_04.big playertexobj.texobj11__texture12__272_0_0.fsh playertexobj.texobj11__texture12__272_0_0.fsh /c

impbig /i zdata_04.big playertexobj.texobj11__texture14__272_0.fsh playertexobj.texobj11__texture14__272_0.fsh /c

impbig /i zdata_04.big player____model60__272_0_0.o player____model60__272_0_0.o /c

Please.....What should I do to fix that,

Check with bigGui if the faces are properly compressed.

yeah compress the 3 files using biggui.There is no compress code in your bat file.

can you give him the command that should be in the bat file?
I'm sure it would help him..
{cause I use "-p real" to compress, and I think
it does not work with faces}

Well...I checked the 3 files with biggui, they were compressed,
in addition, when I try to compress them with BigGui he wrote that the file is already compressed..

Anymore Ideas?

Have you tried just putting the 3 files into the fifa2004 directory? You dont need to import the files into the zdata_04.big.

I put them in the fifa 2004 DATA directory and then run the BAT file to import the file into zdata_04.big...

Ididn't try to do what you said,
but if I give to a player a specific face number using Creation Centre (1.1), the game is "reading" the face from zdatta_04.big...No?

I also noticed that When I install a face using creation centre - the face works great,

But I still wan't a solution to my problem...cause I want to make a simple Installation for the patch,

If you put the faces into the main FIFA2004 folder then go into CC you can assign the face number without having to move the faces to zdata_04 and it will work fine. CC doesn't seem to like faces that have been installed with biggui and BATs though which is annoying as it seems that if you want to change the face of a player in game with a specific face you have to give that player a new face ID
