Help with Estonian patch

Some Estonians (including me) are making a patch that puts Estonia in the game.We are replacing them with Bulgaria.But when the game starts then its says Bulgaria instead of Estonia. Like Bulgaria against England but it should say Estonia against England.How can we replace Bulgaria team name lik that the commentators say Estonia team name?
