Indeed, Jesus didn't publish the Bible. He didn't know how things were going to end up and by all accounts (well, those of Matthew, Mark Luke and John anyway) he was pretty busy in the final few days to write much. And given how things 'emded', his hands were pretty smashed up what with nails and all being put through them, it would have been difficult to write anything down. If they had PCs and keyboards and stuff (or even voice to text software) things might have been different but I think we can confidently assert that indeed, Jesus did not write or publish the bible.
