Help Please

What is going on?

Im Charlton Athletic, I have signed Mark Kerr and Dino Baggio

Im using the www2 formation and I am still not winning.

I used the www2 formation in my last two games.

I set Dino Baggio for long passes

I set mark kerr to a playmaker

And my first game Newcastle Utd 4 v 1 Charlton

second game Charlton 0 v 1 Birmingham

what is going on, i have yet to win anything on champ manager

I need help i only had 5m to spend and 2m went on Dino and 2.5 on Mark Kerr

I am really fed up, i dont like managing big clubs like Man Utd or Juventus or Real Madrid i like a challenge but im rapidly failing.

I little help

get tall strikers(jumping and heading both 15+) and pay attacking with direct pass and pressing.

What does your keeper play like? If its not that it maybe your defense, on a match click on "Action Zones" then look at possesion ratings for each third of the pitch and see where you are losing possesion most!

just try to keep with one tactic, less change means your team will adapt to the formation easier.

true, but at least keep it for a while, then again, i havent changed my tactic at Valencia for 3yrs, and its still working.
