Hello everyone who reads this :D

At the moment I am trying to create an avatar in *.Gif.
It's a small avi movie which I'am trying to convert to Gif using Avi-Gif 2.0.

When I save my convertion, the *.Gif file is 6.6Mb in size. Size of the gif is 50x50 pixels. I have tried every gif conversion option in the program but I just cant get it smaller... The original size of the avi is 1Mb and 320x240 pixels.

Does anyone have experience with this tool? Or does someone know a better way to do this?

Ehm, just "buy" photoshop + imageready and search for a tutorial of that kind on Good-Tutorials.com

Well thanks for your help I guess??? Don't think you've read my post very well! Because I didn't know it is possible to open *.avi files in Photoshop?

Or maybe I am just plain stuppid and I don't understand you?

Imageready is a tool created by Photoshop. But I don't have to have Photoshop in order to use Imageready, do I?
