Help needed.......Would like to take requests for faces in future ... if I succeed!!

I was trying to make Ronaldo's face and I got this far...









but there is an error occurring when I try to .... convert the bmp file to the fsh file....by EA editor.........





What did I do wrong...plz tell me.........I ll be obliged.

Did you maked the face in 2.5 GF if you didn't,change the texture from EA to 512x512 you're a new at this i understand that i already maked some faces but didn't compared with the quality of my kits.
Keep practicing.

Where do I change the texture to 512x512...... in the EA Graphics editor
.......I don't know of any hosting sites.......if u give me your email id then I can send u my
unfinished work via usendit.com.....and u can then complete it for me.......plzzzzz.
