Help - my game is crashing

My game keeps crashing whenever i try and start a match in master league. If i press "start match" or "change player" then the game just crashes and i have to reboot. Is there any way i can fix this without losing my progress in Master league?

kill some of your replays, saves, or kill them all except your master league save

If this happens before ANY match, not only in the Mater League, then all u got to do is move some replays from folder 1 in "My Documents"....(or any other crowded folder for that matter)...

Because this is a direct port from the PS2 you are restricted to 8MB as per a PS2 memory card . If folder 1 exceeds 8MB youve got problems !!!

Move everything except the option file from folder 1 to folder 2,3,4(X).

Indeed stupid... It's sad how Konami year in year out makes stupid mistakes when releasing their titles.
