The player database for Macedonia is not large enough. Eve if you added 500+ Macedonian's, you still have no chance of being able to play as them.

Actually, in cm 01/02 there was the option in the editor to make a national team manageable, when it's not manageable originally. I doubt it will be much fun though. (For CM4 that's not available atm)

Actually, do Macedonia have a national team seperate from Serbia in CM4? If not it's impossible alltogether.
