totally agree, frankly, if someone is improving fast (lots of CONSISTANT green arrows) you can easily find out if someone has good or bad proffesionalism. As Alex says, you can also check via the training screen, and he's right, a good AM will definitely comment on it if its high.

Thanks guys for all your help and advice i'm in year 2010 in the Copa Libertadores and my youngers are maturing and have beat São Paulo 2-1 in there stadium.


Last question anyone can be nice enough to send me a training schedule intill I manage to make one for myself. send it at [email protected] or [email protected] the reason why I'm not sure about the right email address is because I just got it now for signing up with aim :)
