Help - manager mode : Scouting area

Does anyone knows how to add more selection to SCOUTING AREA in Manager mode.
I have created more than 500 free agents including ayoung players with Malaysia citizenship (just make Country ID 173 Malaysia).

All this while I have to use ASIA/OCEANIA to get free and young players from Asia and Oceania.

Now I'm planning on adding additional AREA which is Malaysia.

I guess every fifa09 fans already know this, in scouts area, gamers can only select England, Brazil... Rest of Europe, and so on. So I want to add just Malaysia to force the selection just like ENGLAND to find English players.

Any helps are appreciated.

no problems..

i really want do add more "scouting areas" to my fifa..
'cause i have 4 divisions of brazilian league (im brazilian) in my fifa and really like to use the scout in Brazil for more realistic game!! ;]
