Help!I need goals!

My team does well in the UEFA CL scoring 2-4 goals every match.But, in the league,they are:9 matches,4 wins,5 draws,8scored,3conceded.I tried playing 4-4-2,4-2-4,3-2-5,etc etc but nothing works.
I've got about 7 forwards/AMs?Strikers-ruud,ole,nardiello,mido,nikolaidis,forlan,deco,(giggs,scholes,).But,they seem to score only in CL.
Any ideas?
And on more thing,the training makes no diff.

I have Mido and Ruud up front with a diamond mid field . Set all attacking players mentality to gung ho if you already haven't.

I average about 4 or 5 goals a match this way including EPL matches.

I find that Scholes , Ole and Forlan don't score many but Mido and Ruud average at least one a match.

That works for me anyway.

If you have EP3 gung-ho on a whole heap of players will not work.

Try a tactic with a solid defence and central mids, but creative wingers and accomplished strikers. Ie. Gareth's 442.

I have the demo.So,no patches work.I played the reserve strikers as 2 AMs and set all the 4 attackers' mentality to gung-ho.It still did not work.With the defensive mindset,matches end 0-0.Talk about boring.But all this did not happen with the cm 01/02 demo.I scored heaps of goals there.
