Help getting started with kits

What do I need to get started editing and customizing kits?

I just downloaded Creation Center last night, do I also need kit raptor?

I have downloaded the kit tutorial, but I'm not real sure what all the parts are.

My photoshop program is Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7

I'd like to edit the Sporting Lisbon kits and add a custom 3rd kit along with Goalkeeper kits
