help! game to slow

iv got pse3 but it runs far to slow. iv tried using the cm4 speed thing lik the good man said on another thread but it still dnt work. it runs a bit bettr but its still to slow.

go to game options>Screen

change the quality to low and a lower resoultion

iv done that and it is on the bottm one and it still slows down all the time then speeds up in places
