i using db editor and i want add new player position for some player : for example constant

in db and in preferposition 3 adding new valu 7 (left back) and save it . then regenerate the db file . but in the game the new position not added!

plz help

Okay I'll say it again: use DBM 12 to edit your lineups, works great, easy to use, no problems. Edit lineups in the teamplayerlinks table. Do it now and you won't be waiting another two days for help and a fix. BTW, you don't have to regenerate if you're editing the db.

Yes, you open the players table in the db and set their preferred positions. You can set up to 4 positions per player.

Yes. And again, when you're just editing the db, there's no need to regenerate. Very simple and easy. Some db tables are glitchy and don't save your edits when editing in the DBM 12 program itself. Best to export the tables and use Excel to do your edits, then import back into the db. If you don't have Excel, there's a free Excel-like program called Open Office you can download.

DBM 12 is bugged, some table edits work and some don't. Best thing to do is export the tables, edit in Excel, import the edited tables back in and then save.
