or if u wanna do it manually just go this website(it's in french) http://www.jeux2foot.com/forum/topic-48592.html and scroll down right under the picture there is a .rar file... Download it. Youl will have to have .NET Framework 2.0 in order to run the program... Run the program and select ur language and then go to file and open your we9.exe. After you select we9.exe, teams will show up on the list as well as the stadiums you can edit. Correct the team names and save your work before you quit the program. That's it. It works both for offline and online. Good luck...

PS:It works for PES,WE and WE(LE)...
