I know this isn't the right forum, but it's very alive so maybe someone knows.

Fed 98. The editor for rtwc 98. I'm trying to figure out something about it, and no one seems to know the answer.

If anyone knows how I can get in touch with Chau Le, the guy who created it, I would be grateful.

If anyone at all knows how to operate it and you can get me in touch with him, I would be equally as grateful.

I'm searching the planet for just ONE person who can help me. That's what I need. Anyone at all would do fine.

This is urgent. I really really need help.
