i used FCDB to make a new team, i put 20 players, set everything, but then when i start the game and choose my team, when the loading screen is over, the game closes and goes to the DEsktop. HELLP!!!

Sounds like it might be a kit problem. Have you installed an XGK or anything? Try using different kits to see if that makes a difference. You also may want to change your resolution to see if that helps.
