Im having the same problem. Fifa 2003 won't startup. Black screen and then [/COLOR] *BOOM!!!*, desktop

I have all the latest drivers, directX 8.1 +

AMD Athlon XP 1600+, 512Mb RAM, 40GB Hard Disk,
Geforce 4 Ti 4200, SoundBlaster Live! 5.1

AND WHAT THE **** IS THE PROBLEM THEN ??!!??!!
