I can't seem to give my custom players any natty headbands. Anyone else have this problem?

And how do you cut out those ridiculous long socks?

Use ecpdbedit and that MAY get rid of the socks - but as for the headbands you will have to make a face for that and either set it as a part of the face texture or an accesorie
