Havok's Ragdoll physics for HL2....amazing

Here's a Shockwave Demo a friend told me about, it's pretty weird ; but it's quite incredible how they made it, the physics even include momentum.

Oh ...and...Havok is a company that creates Game Dynamics (they made the game dynamics for Half-Life 2).

The physics are spot on, in HL 2. So I expect (I'm downloading Shockwave, you see) this to be the best thing since sliced..... beef.

It'll do you good to download Shockwave anyway. Make sure to visit their site.

In Half-Life, if an enemy is coming down the stairs, and you shoot him on the leg. The realistic way that they fall of in, is simply incredible. The Half-Life producers promised to add momentum, and i'm impressed, really impressed. Let's say your player is standing on top of a car, that is in motion. If the car crashes against a wall, the body of your player will be launched against it (the wall). I was like, "how in the hell are they going to do that?"; they pulled it off, and i still can't believe it.

And that's just one part of the game....heh...heh...Many people will buy this game for the graphics, but i really want to see this Dynamics engine running. It should be nothing less of incredible.
