Take a look in almost every forum here for FIFA 2005...they are mostly problems...I would assume that I was correct in being patient about not purchasing this game after trying the demo and once again EA Sports chickened out of providing an online direct TCP/IP option in the demo...even if it was for only 3-5 minutes, we all basically buy these games to play online.

As I can see from these forums my patience has paid off this year...TCP/IP connection problems yet again.

Wake up EA.

I wish I had your patience. I have tried, TRIED, to like this game since it came out... scriptedness just keeps killing the game for me.

I can't stand it, people with shooting ratings of 30 can make these amazing 24 yard shots which curl away from my 89 skill goalkeeper! And not once, but many times.

You still can't choose the number you want players to be.

Corners don't work... you cannot score, ever. Besides, when was the last time you remember one person being in the box during a corner?


Arg, I could go on and on and on... I was fooled by the demo, only being shown a bit of the game, but I realise my error too late. Compuserve and Electronics Boutique both have the same return policy on games... none. Because of excessive game copying neither will take back this $60 piece of rubbish...

ya I hear ya....I'm really disappointed with the NHL 2005 title from EA...they really aren't like the other companies and have terrible follow up support on their games.

They actually have similar problems with the NHL 2005 platform where goals are nearly impossible against the AI.
