Yep, Huw Hay, Hull Warriors and Porthcurno will go down methinks... so i really think the title is between Mauritian Maurauders, Goalkickers and La Citta Di Chelmsford ;)

Heh, I think we have about an equal chance... I shouldn't have lost the other week, but then Porthcurno have three strikers with 8 on shooting, I have one! :S But they could win the league and still be relegated to div6 for being (bankrupt and eventually) inactive. This week I think I could've won like I said... I'm hoping for a backlash against GK. :D

MM are good but so far they've only played one difficult match, before my game they played the two H teams who finished in the relegation spots last season. Saved by inactive teams! The decent H team, Hamrun Spartans, shouldn't be written off, they just missed out to Camberley for a place in the PL.

Yeah but who has he played? Porthcurno, GK and erm, dunno who else. You? Tough teams.

Bearing in mind that the two top teams, GK and MM, have played the two bottom teams without any points, Porthcurno have had the best start, although it'll mean nothing come the end of the season when the team is recycled...

Yeah, tough match to end with, us playing each other... :S :D

I have Huw Hay as my double header so I should win BUT I'm on holiday so I can't use any "extreme" tactics in defence in case they actually become active again! Their "strikers" are in midfield so I'd like to push forward mine, bu I know if I do that, they'll become active and change their tactics. ;)

btw Chris... you said your friend had a team called Springfield Spartans? I also live in springfield...:o

They werne't inactive when the leagues were updated, might be now though. They probably stopped logging in once they realised they were going down... but then they could've done that when they went down from the PL.

My friend lives in Chelmsford ... I think he used the team name from the old junior school team, not sure. It was year 6 the last time we were in that school, we just finished year 13 at our college now! Yes, I have a bad memory. Maybe. ;)

The thing is Huw Hay have seemed inactive for 3 seasons now, so he must log in occasionally (maybe when he gets a warning e-mail?) to stop his team being deemed inactive by Crew and sent to the bottom league. But if he does log in I don't think he'll change anything.

Neither do I, but I can't take the risk of playing my players that far up anyway. They shouldn't pick up any points this season anyway, Hull could do but I don't think Huw Hay will. Not unless a team has an off day, and I know that my team is like that... just outplayed a team in an FL, should've won, almost lost due to a late goal but only drew due to an even later equaliser! :o
