You should make the nose smaller horizontally, and you should fix the texture of the mouth, its too pink..;) Its looking good though:)

hmm i think its a mixture between grey and blue i tried to make this but on the screen you can´t see that well...

i improved the nose, the lips and some other small things and i made the beard better :)
