You can avoid these logo bugs in CM by exporting the rx3 files and importing the textures outside of CM, using Rx3 Master, then importing the new Rx3 files with CM. I think the program has problems to handle straight-texture importing, so for people like me, who like to make some adjustments in logos without having to save and reload CM all over again, it's easier to see the correct 3D preview.
