GREATEST turnarounds in history of soccer!

tell us what you think is the greatest turnaround on the scoreboard in a soccer match.

mine happened to be today, just listen.

we had an away game, which started off slow by both teams, and then they get a few chances and score. the first half ends. at half time we have a discussion and get fired up for second half where both teams picked it up tremendiously, but we could not score the game-tying goal. half hour passed by, then 20, then 10, then 5 minutes pass by. now we really pick it up and push everyone up and keep the ball at all times in their half of the field. we get a throw-in. my team-mate throws it to me, i flick it and it goes into the goal with 1:19 to go in the second half. UNBELIEVABLE stuff, we are all happy that we tied them because we fought so hard. they go on an all out attack, where we get the ball, play it to the outside, we cross the ball in and with 30 seconds to go in the game, our player shoots and it goes in the back of the net. never did i hear or see a bigger turnaround in soccer. i am still full of happiness.

losing 0-1 since the first half, only to score the tying goal in the 90th minute. the whole crowd went insane. the goal was a freekick. 3 minutes of injury time. last minute of those 3, and arangooool scores a wonderful low shoot from outside the limit and we won :D :rockman: :hump: (H)

yeah that was an awesome match, but what i experienced today i will never forget for the rest of my life.

i also remember one more match from bundesliga, long time ago, i dont know who was playing but a team was leading 3:0, and another team score 4 goals to come back and win 3:4.

that monaco game looks as it was pretty sweet too. a guy scores a hat trick in like 8 minutes? :rockman:

that is nothing. Inter beat Arsenal 3-0 at Highbury and then at the San Siro they went ahead 1-0, then they went on to concede 5 GOALS!

...yes, I am ashamed.

Um... kinda the same case. A team coming back from 4-0 down on aggregate. Of course what makes it even more incredible is that Inter won 3-0 away and then blew their home game.

But the biggest comeback for me as a player was two seasons ago, where we were losing the whole game 1-0 and then with 6 minutes left on the clock i shoot the ball from outside the box and it curves and goes past the keeper to equalise.

Then a display of beauty happens. With 1 minute to go of normal time we have a throw in near halfway. The ball comes to me, i chest it, flick it up to another guy, he heads it to another player and that man kicks it up field. I chase the ball and then on the edge of the box 1on1 with the keeper i chip him. 2-1

Then 2 minutes into injury time a defender messes up at our box and i took it off them and ran 3/4 of the pitch beating 4 men and then the keeper to score my hattrick.

The whistle then blew and the keeper was in tears :)

dont forget Milan-Lazio and Milan-Atalanta of 02/03... happened in back-to-back weeks :(

Atalanta up 3-0, we came back and drew 3-3 and should have won

then the next week, we go down 2-0 to Lazio, then drew 2-2, and Rivaldo missed the penalty at the end of the first half which would've given us the lead :kader:
