Good coaches for smaller teams

Does anyone know or recommend any coaches with 4 to 5 stars for smaller teams? I'm managing Rosenborg (shock!) at the moment and I'm struggling to find quality coaches, especially coaches who can do more than one task well.

I know that finding 5-star coaches for a team like this is hard, or even impossible, but I would like to give it a shot anyway.

What I find concerning coaches is that is pretty easy to find good coaches on a simple search in the staff section... Even posting an advert works sometimes, but with some 10 minutes spent on searching the attributes you want you'll get one or two good people even without a job...

They changed the formulas this year though and I haven't figured out how to get top notch coaches for the different coaching roles.

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately all of those are in big clubs with wages I can't match.
