U.S Won 1-0 Nice :clapwap. Not the most convincing win, but a win is a win.

One question though, What has happen to Onyewu?? seriously there were occasion were he was on the ground and losing balls to guys smaller than him. And to be sent off was just sad, he looked really lost to me :nape:

Go Guadeloupe with Jocelyn Angloma & David Sommeil!

They're playing well recently for such a tiny place, attractive play too.

I don't know what happened to Onyewu, he wasn't great at Newcastle either.

El Salvador beat Trinidad & Tobago 2-1 last night, too. Tonight Panama v Honduras (should be good) and Mexico v Cuba (barring a huge mexican **** up, we know what's happening here even though Cuba are improving). First on Galavision, second on Univision.

I say god damn! f*ckin' howitzer right there..

EDIT: btw, Canada vs. Guadaloupe will be on Sportsnet at 7:00 pm EST this saturday

Friday's Results:

Panama 3:2 Honduras (Rivera, Pérez, Garcés; Guevara, Costly)

Didn't get to see this match, since I'm too cheap to get the Spanish package on digital cable.

Mexico 2:1 Cuba (Borgetti, Castillo; Alcántara)

The commies played some attractive football (ex: the goal by Alcántara--good team effort), but in the end, it only goes so far. Mexico underestimated the Beard's XI, but averted disaster by coming from behind. I wouldn't be suprised if one or two of the Cubans defect after the tournament, and maybe MLS could end up getting another player like Maykel Galindo, who's been a pleasant suprise for Chivas USA so far this season.

Man, MExico played like crap, Hugo needs to start to put his ideal XI cuz this are official games and losing one game its a disaster, i dont know why he still using this games like friendlies, i dont remember this kind of crappy exhibition with Lavolpe

Yeah, Mexico played like crap the whole game. The only player that stood out was Nery. I was impressed with his play. But other than that, it was a disappointing game.
