Goalkeeper Problem

I'm not sure if there's a fix for this but everytime I play Career mode ....my goalkeeper that's the best player in the squad and as soon as I let the computer decide the starting line up he puts my goalkeeper as forward?! Is there a fix for this? or do I have to manually change it everytime?

Is it a keeper from youth team?
Then he can do multiple positions,

And otherwise just switch the blesssed / red-card players by youre own
