Before he got the ball there was a dirty foul by an Argentinian player, this should of been a free kick to England... geuss neither of their goals should of stood

Pretty dissapointed you can't select the Van Bastan goal or the Gazza goal against Scotland

How come there isn't that goal scored by the Brazil '70 team ?

you know where they pass the ball around for 5 minutes .. and at the end pele sets up the wing back who hits a low, across goal,shot ????
that's the best WC goal for me

haha your just saying that because your scottish! it was a great goal though by gemmil ... but i think maradona's goal was class doesnt matter what anybody says. He made the English defence look like under 7's who didnt know what was going on! MaRaDoNa iS GoD! & his rehab is going great too! its great to see him back on track with his life

that player is carlos alberto brazil's captain that time... anyway, that was one of the best goal too bad none of the 70's goals made it ...

I would say Maradona's second goal against the Sassenachs in 86 because of the opposition (haha), but in all honesty one of the best goals I've seen was one from the 1978 World Cup...

Nelinho got the ball on the edge of the area and bent it with his right foot and it swerved like hell past Dino Zoff... I think it was in the third-place match but it was one hell of a goal (Roberto Carlos eat your heart out).

Also I reckon Bergkamp's goal against Argentina in 98 was incredible.

Probably those two will be in FIFA's next load of the competition...
