Gameswarehouse: FIFA 2004 PreOrder
The pre order price is about 30 bucks cheaper than EB or most other stores ($58.95 plus $6 postage and handling).
It says the release date is 9th November, which sounds pretty kosher. I figure the later the date the more realistic it sounds.
The place is out in Silverwater and I reckon they're release date is when they get their stock in so you probably guaranteed a copy by that date or maybe 2/3 days later MAX after the 9th.
I know it sounds a lot later than the "official" date of the 7th November, but EB and all the other stores keep jerking us round with release dates so I reckon it'd be about then and anyway for a saving of 30 bucks I could stand a weeks wait.
