Have you downloaded the latest link I shared? I recommend not downloading the old head pack because the latest link includes the head repair.
Save it in the fifa16/data/sceneassets/ folder and don't forget to regenerate it.

This is something I've done fore some time now, so I know pretty much all the parameters. First of all, as tokke said, for the hair to fit better, you need the generic heads from FIFA Switch. Now the biggest issue is that, when converted, these heads look like the have a tumor at the back of the necj, which is annoying because it sticks out of the jersey. I partly managed to fix it, by moving the heads a bit lower. The other thing about the heads thougj, is that therr are some heads in 16 that don't exist in frostbite versions. I also managed to fix it, by editing them in blender. The second issue I faced is the long hair, which you somehow managed to fix. And the third issue with your files are the textures. They don't look kinda weird. So if you could tell me how you manager to solve the long hair issue, I might release everything I've made regarding the generic stuff

its a problem with fifa converter, happens the same if you convert from fifa 14 to 16
you can convert from 14 to 15 and then import with CM16 which fixes the "neck tumor" but you might get broken teeth
maybe you can do the same? convert from fo4new to 15, import with CM16 and fix the teeth in blender, if you know how ofc (i dont)
