The key is to put the resolution to 16 bit not 32 bit which is the default...I've played for hours no stutter, high detail - no change in graphic quality - its beautiful...
Go to the main fifa folder
1. if there is a common.ini file open it (that means you are using fifa explorer or something like that if so
go down to resolution and change it to 16 bit,
2. If there isn't one create one with your notepad - and put the line
RESOLUTION=1024x768x16 and name it COMMON.INI -- be sure to use all caps and don't use the .txt ending - which is the default - just erase it.
Edit:
You will not see the change in the in game menu - my resolution still says 800*600*32 - don't worry - there are ways you can tell its in 16 bit -
there is an extra pause b4 play, it kinda screws up the location of the radar a bit and the kicking bars - I disabled them, also the night sky is not as high of a resolution- minor stuff - but it is enough to tell the changes have been made
PS --Its easier to just create a new INI file than looking around for where the resolution is hidden...
