but a question: did you get the files for Donovan and Mathis mixed up?

Donovan's the through-passer, well-rounded fellow while Mathis makes the long runs and further out shots. seems to me its the other way around in your patch.

nevertheless, great patch!

i'll post more descriptions of MLS/US players when i get the chance...

I think he is not!
The fastest striker in Bundesliga definitely is Ailton (Werder Bremen). No defender is able stop the "Kugelblitz" (Ailton's nickname in Germany ).
So it would be very kind, if you could make Ailton as fast as possible .

Hey Breamster, been playing u're patch for about 4 hours now and I have noticed a few things:

1. Injuries happen too easily, coz in one game I injured 4 opposition players and every single game I have played so far at least 1 has gone off injured. Is there anyway to tone this down (a line in ini.big perhaps?).

2. Ljungberg seems to be a bit off, I don't know if it is just me but in the game he doesn't run, he sorta ambles when in real life he makes darting runs.

3. Have u fiddled Barthez (no pun intended) coz he concede goals too easy in that weak shots beat him - e.g. free kick, from 30 yards, straight at him, he catches it but steps back over the goal line and I lose a goal.

BTW any news on the tutorial coz the quicker u upload, the quicker I will start on the French league - Cheers!

He Breamster, I was a bit to fast with the compliments, I started a new season with Man U and now the line up and positions are oke but Van Nistelrooij is taking free kicks and corners.. anyone else has that problem?
Furthermore you asked me what's needs changing on your site, I suggested to stop using Flash Or at least use vectorbased logo's when animating, not corny JPG's

Breamster's patch doesn't change kick takers or anything like that, it's just AI tweaks. You sure you haven't just installed a roster update or something?

some players from belgium :
gert verheyen(club brugge) runs whole the match around the pitch, he's got good positioning and falls very easily.
timmy simons(club brugge) is a very solid def midfielder, you can hardly pass him, he's the strongholder of club brugge.
daniel van buyten(marseille) is very good with the head,very strong,good tackle, one of the best defenders in the world.
johan walem(standard) is very little,bad heading,fast,very nice free kick,excellent left feet.
birger maertens(club brugge) always get red cards,but has a good tackle, and is fast, and has a great strenght.
danny boffin(sint truiden) is one of the most creative players in belgium, he's fast and has a good dribble, but he's too old.
yves vanderhaeghe(anderlecht) is a dirty player, who runs all match all over the pitch.
wesley sonck(genk) scores very easily,good dribling,very fast and quiet strong.
patrick goots(antwerp): some matches he's a real top player, some matches he's really bad, scores easily.
alin stoica(club brugge): very creative player, fast,nice dribble.
stein huysegems(lierse) : scores easily,great speed,dribbles almost perfect and passes very good : a great talent.
thomas buffel(feyenoord) : technical very good, good speed, dribbles good, is not that strong,also a great talent.
almani moreira(standard):technically one of the best players in belgium,good dribbling,nice crossing, good speed, but less strenght.
mbo mpenza(mouscron):technically very good, nice shots, good dribbling.
alexandros kaklamanos(gent):very strong,not very fast,good shots.
bengt saeternes(club brugge):very strong,scores easily,good speed.
phillipe clement(club brugge):quiet slow, scores easily,but is a defender,good with the head.
ivica mornar(anderlecht):nonchalant player,very good with his head,slow,good pass,nice shots sometimes.

for the team ai : club brugge plays great powerplay.
antwerp always play on the counter.
lierse waits untill the opposite team is tired and then strikes.
lommel and charleroi defend till dead, but score regularly.
bergen and mechelen play nice and creative with bad players.
lokeren keeps on attacking all match long.
gent try to play very creative with nice football when they're in front, otherwise they'll try to score.
beveren attacks, but their defence is too weak, they have creative attacking players. but they should be in 2nd division.

some more players :
kurt morhaye(heusden-zolder):very fast, good dribble, bad heading.
samuel aerts(heusden-zolder):runs all match on the right side, pretty good crossing.

hey breamster......first of all gr8 work......but could u do 1 thing...........for players who don't pass the ball...only make runs and cross......like bekham.....gary neville......riise.....could u edit their figures so that they do pass sometimes rather than keep goin round and round with the ball.

and could u update your ini file so that there are lesser injuries........lesser through balls and some attack from the wings....better defence and keepers.....it's very easy to score and give away goals...should be more ...1-0...0-0...1-2 and so on rather than 4-3's!!!!!

After playing quite a few games, I think the injuries might need tuning down a little too (though its nice to finally see injuries happening for a change)
