Has EA gave any reply about this?
Lots of users are unable to properly config their pads!!!

I have a pad that is listed as compatible (Thrustmaster Dual Analog) and just in order to get the right stick to work I have to change the name to Dual Action... and I'm still unable to change the key config.

Is EA going to do something? This makes me sick! :f***:

EDIT - I did open a support incident in the EA website and IT WAS CLOSED without notice and with an auto response telling me to attach DXDIAG.TXT... WHICH I DID WHEN I OPENED THE DAMN SUPPORT ISSUE! They don't give a shaite about their customers!

I solved my problem by changing the name of my pad to the dual action USB in the registry and uninstalling the game and reinstalling again. Then i changed the name to my thrustmaster and everything works perfect.

I opened another support issue with EA and guess what they told me to update the gamepad drivers... when there aren't any!

They really know how to provide support... NOT! :kader:
