Every time I start the game I have to change settings (half length, slow game speed etc.). It doesn't save them. Quite annoying bug

Can you JTAG a Xbox 360 that has the latest dashboard?
Can you JTAG a Xbox 360 that has the latest dashboard?
I have an old Xbox 360 that I hardly touch but it has the latest Dashboard which is 2.0.16197.0. Is there some way I could JTAG it still?
