game crashes with specific team

Youth Team
after playing in a league with Liverpool i am playing against Blackburn. I can get to the formation screen but after about 5 secs the game crashes.
I tried it with different teams in match mode and i have found that i crashes when i have selected any team.
I have installed the evolution patch also and i get this problem with no other teams
