Game crashes when trying to load career mode!!!

What should I do? If i reinstall it, will I still be able to continue my career? Or will I have to start another one?

Your saves will not be deleted if you reinstall, so you can continue to play them.

Btw the game saves ar stored in another category then the fifa data's usally in "my documents" folder so it's safe to reinstall!
