Game crashes in classic mode

I'm having problems playing two teams from my upcoming patch. I'll appreciate any help in resolving the problem. Here's the link to the teams for testing. The stats are fantasy one though(not realistic)

1)in team must be not many than 30 players
2)see every player ( go to the fifa 08 menu and go to the "edit(change) player" search team what you need and see every player if you choise some player and fifa crash than something bad with these player (hair\face\or 3d model) i have some problem with AS Roma i have Michael Bradlay bad hair texture and when i star game fifa crash!
3)check formation!
i think thats all! if not than i try again help you!
