Game crashes after making new teams

I've recently had a problem after creating new teams with ECP DBI v2.1. As the game gets to the loading screen (showing the team line ups) the game crashes back to desktop before the teams run out onto the pitch.
I've created several other teams exactly the same way before, and have had no problems.
Can anyone help please?

Have you made the supporters' flags for the teams? I'm currently developing a patch with the missing teams of the Champions League (AEK, Besiktas...) and couldn't play without the flags.

No, but then I didn't with the teams I made before, and they were OK:confused: . I've solved the problem now though by just overwriting some teams I never use with my new teams :) ...
