Press Alt + M(select the vertices first) to reconnect non manifold vertices if they are disconnected because of the Shrinkwrap modifier.
Edit: Oops, I am wrong. It would destroy the model. So select two vertices, Shift + S(Cursor to active), Shift + S(Selection to Cursor).
