It's very nice idea, i thinked about it too.
And I had one more: Beach soccer mod. And here is what we need for that ( most is same as bcvictory's futsal idea, so I copied most):
Things we need
Some stadiums
Smaller Pitchs
Another pitch textures
3D "hills" of sand (don't know how to say it )
Smaller Nets
Edited Gameplay- so it plays more like beach soccer (more tricks, faster passing, more overhead kicks )
Making it 5 on 5 instead of 11 on 11
Different Ball, Ball Size and ball physics
Free kick & penalties physics
Free kick players positions
Shorter Time
3 periods
No Offside
Unlimited Subs
Maybe some international teams

I remember that in some Champions League (07-08?!?) games there was an option in which there were some invisible walls, and the ball couldn't get out of the pitch. It would be awesome if you could take it from Champions League game and put it in FIFA.

fifa street aint for pc man. that way bcvictory is trying to make a mod.

...it was also and Unlockable feature in 2006 World Cup game...
